Properly Bag Your Waste

• Place spoiled food in securely tied trash bags to prevent leaks and odors.

• If bags are heavy, please double-bag them to avoid breakage.

Tree Debris & Green Waste Disposal

• Branches must be chopped into 3-foot sections for collection. We will not collect stumps.

• Loose piles of debris or green waste left on the ground will not be collected. Please place all green waste inside your green waste bin for pickup.

 

Residential Cart Service Update

• We are still catching up with regular trash, recycling, and green waste collection due to the impact of the recent weather conditions.

• Leave your barrels out, regardless of your scheduled trash day—our crews are working hard to catch up, and we will service them as soon as possible.

 

Extra Resources Are Being Deployed

• We are sending out additional collection crews to assist with the increased volume of waste.

• If your bin has not been collected yet, rest assured that we are prioritizing recovery efforts.

Avoid Illegal Dumping & Overfilling Bins

• Keep all waste inside your bins whenever possible.
